How?
At Leanpay, as a user, I have the possibility, at any time, to fulfill my obligations in full or in part under the terms of the contract.
Leanpay does not charge additional costs for this service, and as a user, I am obliged to repay in full what I owe under the installment agreement on the agreed day of early repayment.
The procedure is simple:
- In the personal portal "My Leanpay" on the "Purchases" page, I choose the desired installment agreement and request early repayment - here I can see detailed step instructions with screen pictures.
- I enter some basic information and choose the date on which I would like to pay back.
- I follow the instructions on the screen and repay my obligations early.
Leanpay then informs me via "My Leanpay" and the email about further necessary steps: report the exact amount to repay, the transaction account number, and the repayment reference.
On the date of the agreed early repayment, I must provide a harmonized transfer to my Leanpay account on time and in full.
