Withdrawal from purchase and cancellation of credit - General
A) If I want to cancel THE PURCHASE, I order it from the store where I bought the product. For the store to confirm the cancellation, it must comply with its terms and conditions and the subject of the purchase must be in the possession of the store (either I have not taken it over or have already returned it).
The store will, on condition of anonymity, notify Leanpay of the cancellation of the purchase and trigger the automatic cancellation of the credit. On this basis, Leanpay may withdraw the credit if all the legal conditions and conditions of the General Terms of Use of Leanpay are met.
If the cancellation of the credit occurred after I had already paid any costs or deposits at Leanpay, Leanpay will pay me back the amounts paid within 8 days, to the General Terms and Conditions.
B) If I wish to keep the subject of the purchase, I can withdraw from the credit with Leanpay following the General Terms and Conditions if the terms are set for this (how?)
