What does "certified user" Leanpay mean?
As a certified user, I have many benefits at Leanpay:
- full access to my Leanpay personal portal, where I have all the information, settings, documents, purchase history, and functionality of Leanpay
- At My Leanpay, I can track my used limit* and my free limit for installments payments
- every subsequent purchase (after the first) I make instantly with a few clicks with my smartphone: no re-entry** personal or financial data, no proof and documentation requirements, no personal pick-up and identification procedures at pick-up
- by e-mail or at My Leanpay (if I have decided to do so and agreed to do so), I receive notices of the benefits and offers of trading partners - many online and physical stores.

As a user I am certified at Leanpay after the following conditions are met:
- that I have completed my first application for install payment online or in a physical store, and
- that the trader or delivery man successfully identified me in delivering my first purchase:
- with the help of Leanpay ID and on this basis Leanpay has verified my key information (verification) and confirmed that I can receive the purchased item; or
- that I have verified and signed the paper verification certificates for my first successful purchase, and
- that Leanpay has carried out all necessary checks on my data and creditworthiness, and that Leanpay has entered and signed with me the (first) credit agreement for the install payment and sent it to me by e-mail (more on that).

Notes:
* The limit is not binding (it is informative) as Leanpay must assess creditworthiness on each installment payment separately. More on that here.
* * I am still obligated (under contract and General Terms of Use) to Leanpay to announce changes to their key data as soon as possible after they occur (how?). In addition, under the General Terms and Conditions, Leanpay is always entitled to request supporting documents.
