-> Withdrawal of the credit agreement

IMPORTANT:

to cancel the purchase (which I intended to pay in installments with Leanpay), I must contact the store where I made the purchase (Withdrawal).

If I wish to keep the purchase but pay in a lump sum, not installments, I have the right to withdraw from the credit within 14 days of the conclusion of the credit agreement, at no additional cost.

I send such a request by e-mail to krediti@leanpay.si and indicate the ID of the purchase code that is at the heart of the transaction.

Leanpay will consider the request for resignation and will send me it by email:

- answer if the request complies with Leanpay Terms of Use

- instructions for payment of the price in a lump sum

- any other instructions.
