Are you going to send me reminders to pay for installments?

I will pay monthly credit installments using sepa direct debit in the transaction account (TRR), as this is the easiest, automatic way that I always have all the obligations arranged and settled. It is my responsibility to provide funds to the transaction account on time.

Leanpay will keep me informed a few days in advance (about the upcoming direct debit on TRR) via email or SMS message. If I don't show past due payments, I can exclude these notifications from "My Leanpay" in settings.

In the event of an insufficient situation on the TRR on the day of the direct debit and the consequent delay in payment (how to avoid a delay despite the failure of the charge?), I must pay the overdue liabilities as soon as possible. Leanpay has the right to claim payment in such a case, following the credit agreement. I can't exclude e-mail and SMS information in this case.
