How do I know as a salesman that the payment in installments is granted?

An e-mail message about a successful transaction will arrive at the e-mail address provided by my company in the Application to Turn on the form.

I can see the status of the quote in the penultimate Status column in your control panel in the Bids tab:

Note:

Leanpay also provides companies with more advanced solutions where specified and other information about bid and transaction statuses through the API is automatically transferred to in-store sales and/or back-end systems. If my company has chosen to do so, there may also be an additional way to review bids and transactions in my store/business.
