How does Leanpay check my creditworthiness?

Leanpay, based on user registration, installment payment application (credit), user consent to the General Terms of Use of Leanpay Services, and Familiarity with Privacy Policy:

first, it calculates its assessment of the user's ability to pay the credit regularly based on the type of data and activity of the user when submitting an installment application ('creditworthiness' depends on the financial position of the individual, the amount, and ratio of receipts and indebtedness, and the expense of repayment of the obligation, the history of the settlement of liabilities, both at Leanpay and in the SISBON credit register or elsewhere, as well as other factors); and
further verify the user's creditworthiness by looking at data from other sources, including consultation of the SISBON CENTRAL CREDIT REGISTER, as well as various other databases kept for this purpose by selected financial institutions, credit rating agencies, identity verification service providers, anti-fraud agencies, various "blacklists" and more (see list below). If Leanpay consults other databases, it has the duly contractually regulated protection of personal data with its managers (or is regulated by law).

Following the General Terms and Conditions and under the Credit Agreement, Leanpay has the right to request additional information, documents, and evidence of the data forming part of the creditworthiness check from the user, following General Terms and Conditions and under the credit agreement at any time - in the process of processing the installment application, when checking creditworthiness, after the completion of the approval process, and also at the time of repayment of the credit, especially in the event of late payment.
