What do I need to use the Leanpay service?
To successfully purchase the first purchase on meals with Leanpay (online or in a physical store):
- I must have an identity card or passport issued by the Administrative Unit in the Republic of Slovenia (it is recommended that the validity be valid for at least 90 days* on the day of purchase online).
- I must have citizenship of the Republic of Slovenia.
- I must have a (smart) phone or mobile phone number that I only use.
- there must be my record in the Sisbon credit register, which anyone who has ever used at least one of the services with any commercial bank in Slovenia: a transaction account with a regular limit, credit cards, credit card, credit with a bank, or leasing from a leasing issuer.
- (In some cases, purchases) I need a debit or credit card that allows payments online.
I need to know my tax number, my transaction account number, from which I will pay installments, the amount of my regular monthly inflows (salary and other), and the amount of my regular monthly expenses for the repayment of credits and leases.
In most cases, Leanpay derivates the entire process of processing an application for installment purchase without documentation. Leanpay has the right to request additional documentation, supporting documents, and information from me at any time. This occurs in some cases before approval and in some cases after approval. Most often, in these cases, statements from the transaction account (TRR) to which I receive regular benefits (salary) should be hand-held.

Notes:
* There may be a lot of time between online buying/ordering in an online store and taking over, so my document must be valid for 90 days at the time of the order in the online store.
When purchasing online, personal identification will only be possible when the goods are taken over. It can happen much later, and my identity card or passport must be still valid when the seller or delivery man personally identifies me. I can't take over without this purchase.
