What if the credit is denied?

In case of refusal of credit, I am notified as a seller by notification email and in the Status column in the Control Panel in the Offers tab.

If the application has been rejected, the buyer communicates directly with Leanpay for further steps.

The customer receives a rejection notification on their phone. The buyer has the option to contact Leanpay via email and other channels with additional questions.
