What is "My Leanpay"?

How do I get into My Leanpay?

My Leanpay is a personal portal for Leanpay users where I find all the data and information* I need to:

  • monitoring the Leanpay applicable and free limit for additional payments in installments on purchases
  • insight into documentation for installments at Leanpay: contracts, repayment plans, and other
  • easy monitoring of past and ongoing (open) installment payments and liabilities.
  • user settings and requests to change Leanpay key data.

To enter My Leanpay is mandatory:

  • that I had previously completed either the installment application process or the 'Check my limit', and
  • to use the same phone number as I used for the above procedure, and
  • that I use a mobile phone to which I can receive a one-time PIN via SMS.

I can access the portal on a variety of devices - a smartphone, computer, or tablet. I received the entry link by SMS and email, but I can also use the button below:

Note:

* Users who have not yet completed the process of valid signing a first installment agreement with Leanpay are not accessible in the portal. All data is accessible to registered users.
