What is debt recovery? What is debt enforcement?
Debt recovery is a process of forced acquisition of funds from the debtor (on an appropriate basis).
From the point of view of the entry of the data in the instalment application in Leanpay, the 'recovery' is a negative event registered in the Sisbon Central Credit Register from any Sisbon member involved (banks, leasing companies, etc.) and means that I have not fulfilled my specified obligations within the contractually agreed time limits and have had to be recovered by the bank or institution to which I have owed.

Debt enforcement is a legal procedure whereby (under legal conditions) a creditor can compel his debtor to fulfill the obligation due and to repay certain assets.
In the context of an application for a pay instalment, Leanpay is understood to be a negative event in Sisbon, which constitutes an interference with the debtor's transaction account, which automatically pays the debt from cash in the transaction account. Data on executions in Sisbon are necessarily not only from financial institutions or lenders, but also from the Tax Administration of the Republic of Slovenia and others.

This recovery as well as enforcement adversely affects my creditworthiness at Leanpay.
