## When is a direct debit ('SEPA DD')?

Leanpay performs a direct debit for automatic payment of meals as follows:

- in the application process**, I chose either the 7th or 17th of the month as** the payday.
- About the upcoming charge, Leanpay will notify me in time by e-mail and SMS, as well as on "[My Leanpay](https://25336988.hs-sites-eu1.com/sl/knowledge/kje-lahko-spremljam-vse-svoje-nakupe-oziroma-pla%C4%8Dila-preko-leanpay?hsLang=en)".
- I undertook the credit agreement **to provide sufficient funds for payment in the transaction** account.
- The bank will debit my transaction account (TRR) on the **selected day of each month until the last installment is paid, following the credit agreement**.
- in case of insufficient balance for direct debit, there will be a delay in payment, and I may suffer additional costs from the bank (due to unsuccessful debit) or Leanpay (due to delay). If there is a delay, Leanpay will alert me and automatically try again.
