      When is a direct debit ('SEPA DD')?

      Leanpay performs a direct debit for automatic payment of meals as follows:

      • in the application process, I chose either the 7th or 17th of the month as the payday.
      • About the upcoming charge, Leanpay will notify me in time by e-mail and SMS, as well as on "My Leanpay".
      • I undertook the credit agreement to provide sufficient funds for payment in the transaction account.
      • The bank will debit my transaction account (TRR) on the selected day of each month until the last installment is paid, following the credit agreement.
      • in case of insufficient balance for direct debit, there will be a delay in payment, and I may suffer additional costs from the bank (due to unsuccessful debit) or Leanpay (due to delay). If there is a delay, Leanpay will alert me and automatically try again.
