100% digital - Leanpay in collaboration with DPD Slovenia

As of 1.5.2022 onwards, Leanpay also carries out the verification and identification of customers through DPD Slovenija.

The delivery man will perform the verification as soon as it is delivered with his smart device.

All you have to do is:

  • at your administrator at DPD Slovenia, instruct you to enable you to perform the service and will provide you with the DPD Slovenia offer for signature. DPD Slovenia opens a separate user account for the store.
  • the store must log all shipments requiring Leanpay identification/verification into DPD Slovenia using this user account and according to this Offer.

DPD Slovenija performs a service on behalf of the shop (sender) and behalf of the shop.

Procedure:

  • if the customer data verification status after identification is "approved", DPD Slovenia will be purchased for the addressee.
  • if the customer data verification status after identification is an "additional verification", DPD Slovenia does not transfer the purchased item to the buyer and the buyer has 7 days to resolve the data mismatch with Leanpay and to re-attempt to take over the purchase at the branch. The seven-day deadline is not extended.
  • if the buyer has not taken over the shipment within 7 days, and if the verification status of the customer's data is "rejected" after identification, the shipment is returned to the store and the store must initiate the withdrawal of the buyer from the purchase and the cancellation of the credit in the Leanpay app.
