How and when do I confirm the delivery of purchase or acceptance of an irrevocable order?
The store is responsible for confirming in the Leanpay app:
- delivery of the purchase if it has been physically handed over to the buyer and is in the possession of the buyer, or
- irrevocable acceptance of the order and payment of the purchase (although not yet delivered) where our purchase agreement with the buyer provides that we receive payment in full at the time of order (for example - this is the usual way to pay for furniture in full at the time of order, even if the physical delivery is made a few months later)
Confirmation is one of the key conditions for paying the price by the Leanpay store. The above are confirmed by using the "CONFIRM" button in the Leanpay app for stores, as shown in the image.

Caution: In confirming, it is important to:
- I can only use the "Confirm" button in the column "Delivery or Accepted Order" after the customer has successfully "Verified" - confirmation of delivery before verifying customer data is not possible
- I carry out the confirmation as soon as possible after the customer has been successfully veered, per Leanpay's instructions for verification and confirmation of the delivery of the purchase.
- I also carry out the confirmation when only the (first) part of the purchase is delivered, in which the buyer has been successfully certified.
- to confirm the "acceptance of the order" as soon as I have accepted the payment of the prepayment as a seller (the buyer has previously been successfully verified) if the purchase agreement provides for full payment at the time of placing the purchase order, and I have verified the buyer.
