(Tel number, TRR, personal and financial information...)
Following the General Terms and Conditions and for Leanpay services to function properly, I must ensure that my information at Leanpay is up to date. I shall report a change in the data:
- immediately upon change, or
 - inaccurate data.
 
The key data are:
- name, surname, address, and date of birth.
 - the mobile phone number I use (which serves my username at Leanpay).
 - the identity document number and the date of validity of the identity document.
 - tax and transaction account number (TRR or IBAN No).
 - the e-mail address I use and where I receive messages and documents.
 - the status of employment and the amount of regular monthly benefits.
 - the amount of regular monthly expenditure on the settlement of loans and leasing.
 
CAUTION:
- When submitting a request for a change of data, I consider the urgent need to have supporting documents, as Leanpay cannot accept requests for changes to key data without evidence. For example, to change my phone number, I prepare a mobile operator account for this number, which clearly shows the number, the tax number, first and last name, and address.
 - I will provide the evidence following Leanpay's further instructions via email.
 
I request to change this information through the personal portal "My Leanpay" in the "My Profile" menu:
- "Request change" button in the "Protected data" section or
 - with the "Change" button in the "Security" section as below screenshot shown:
 


- Only if my Leanpay provides added information for whatever is not possible, I send the request exceptionally by e-mail and the accompanying supporting documents to info@leanpay.com.
