What if the buyer does not have his e-mail address?
The buyer receives all contractual documentation by e-mail, so he must have his e-mail address - e-mail serves as a permanent medium to which the documentation can be forwarded by law.
A buyer without an email address cannot effectively use Leanpay services, as he cannot receive the concluded contract or other documents that require delivery on a durable medium.
