What if the purchased goods are defective or if you want to claim the warranty?
For any defects in the purchased goods, I contact the (online or physical) store where I made the purchase and where I would like to claim either warranty or (if I have) the right to withdraw from purchase at no cost.

- In the "My Leanpay" portal, when making a proper purchase, I click on the "Opposition Options" button and "Product/Service Complaint".
- Leanpay will provide me with the contact information of the person responsible for the store, which I can contact.
Since the enforcement of the guarantee does not affect the credit agreement (i.e. it is not a 'withdrawal' or an 'early repayment)', I pay the installments normally.
