Where can I track all my purchases or payments via Leanpay?
I can see full details of current and past purchases with Leanpay in my portal "My Leanpay". Here, for each purchase, I also find contract documentation and all my personal preferences, detailed repayment plans, and requests for a change of key information, or requirements related to individual purchases.
Access to My Leanpay is granted to users after the first completed submission of the in-due purchase application when they also receive the link by e-mail.
To enter my Leanpay I need:
- smartphone with the phone number I used when registering at Leanpay - that is, when you first purchased it or when you perform the "Check your limit" process.
- I receive (via SMS) a unique PIN for this phone number for each entrance to the portal, which I use at check-in.
If I am or will change my phone number, I must inform Leanpay and request a change. I do this before I stop using the old number, and I use it to enter My Leanpay so I can make a safe request. However, if I no longer have access to My Leanpay or no longer have an old phone number, I send the request to info@leanpay.com. For my safety, I'm going to have to provide additional evidence.
