Why is my request in the process of being "additionally verified"?

Leanpay process is simple and digital but requires verification of all personal and financial data

If we need additional information or security checks to decide, we will ask you to wait or provide additional documentation.

If you receive a message in the application process that further verification is required, please:

  • provide us with the requested documentation as soon as possible on the specified e-mail
  • if you do not provide the data within the specified time, the request will be invalid
  • upon receipt of the complete documentation, we will contact you as soon as possible
  • you will receive a message about the status of the request and the next steps through the Leanpay user portal or to your e-mail
